It would be great if my last search terms were highlighted in Explorer. I could turn off the highlighting via a button on the toolbar.

I would also find it extremely useful if Explorer prepopulated the Find dialog with the last search terms and also understood (the commonly used) F3 for Find Next and Shift+F3 for Find Previous so that I could quickly navigate the different portions of my Snippet that contained the words I had searched for.

As a somewhat related suggestion, I would find it convenient if there was a permanently visible find box in the toolbar (the one that has the category dropdown).
