Yes, teams sharing snippet libraries has always been a key feature of Snip-It Pro. With Snip-It Pro snippet collections are just pointers to regular windows folders. You can navigate in the folder dialog to "my network places", or mapped folder shares to select where on the network the location of your snippets will be. Multiple people can connect to the same location in this way. Snip-It Pro is even meant to allow that folder share to be source controlled with read only flags on unchecked out items. If the file itself is readonly, no one can modify the snippet.
