Pressing the TAB key moves my caret to the right as if I had pressed the Increase Indent button twice. For example, if I am at the beginning of a line and I press TAB, I have to press backspace twice to get back to the beginning of the line instead of just once. Is this a bug?

Yeah, this looks like somethng I should fix. I'm out of the office today so I'll try to look and this and some of the other issues you have raised tonight.

Hi Folks,
I'm having problems with tab insertion too. It seems to insert one tab at the cursor insertion point & one tab at the beginning of the line. Any chance of a fix?

You might try the interim build David posted a while back to see if that resolves your issue.

Yeah, that build fixes the issue. I'm hoping to get it officially released soon (on the main site). I have a couple of extra enhancements I want to get in it, including another new feature one of our users suggested, the ability to queue a folder and continuously paste it. Details to follow....

Thanks for your prompt help. I have installed the interim release 2.0.0.6. It fixes the extra tab character problem. It's also a big help to be able to opt for spaces instead of tab characters.
